Return information

 A product doesn't fit you or you don't like it and you want to return it?

No problem, you have 14 days after delivery of your order to return it. Your right of withdrawal applies here.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in perfect condition and without any signs of wear. Please do not remove any tags, otherwise we cannot accept the items back.

 

Important note: Dirty or worn products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Return costs

 

Return shipping costs are determined by our shipping partners and vary by location. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the order value when your return is processed, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

The processing time for returns is usually 3-6 days.

Please note that our processing time may take longer during peak periods.

• Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the order.
• For purchases made with a partial card or gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first .
• Please note that it may take up to 6 business days for your refund to appear in your account after processing.
